Error -- 'Reinstall Microsoft Edge'

Edge IE Mode does not work properly with Ion (or you experience inconsistent behavior) and receive a message saying to reinstall Edge in administrator mode:

Edge must be installed into Program Files (and not into a user profile) for Edge IE Mode to work properly. In addition, ensure the machine you are using has all needed updates to run Edge IE Mode. Please see this page for more information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/edge-ie-mode
